Bill Oberst Jr.

While most folks recognize Bill for his cult favorite franchise role as the villainous Papa Corn in CIRCUS OF THE DEAD,  he's also known for his unforgettable turn as the deformed Unsub from "Criminal Minds," Season 9, Ep. 20, who is listed on "Criminal Minds' 14 Most Notorious Serial Killers." In fact, his character remains as one of only a handful of uncaptured "Criminal Minds" killers.

A trailblazer in the indie horror space, Ron Chaney, great-grandson of Lon Chaney, presented Bill with the first Lon Chaney Award For Outstanding Achievement In Independent Horror Films back in 2014.
